Wow what can I say!!

Wow what can I say! Incredible service from the moment we visited the Purple Granite showroom. We were shown countless samples and given all the time we needed to make the correct choice. Once our order was placed communication was fantastic and the process was structured and easy to follow. The finished product was so much better than anticipated, thank you so much!

Really great experience

Really great experience, we weren’t sure exactly what stone we were looking for and Laura went about of her way to show us options and arranged a show room visit to make sure we chose the right worktop. Templating and install were totally straightforward and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to use purple again. Thanks especially to Laura, Charlotte, Lewis and Chris

A* service from Purple

A* service from beginning to end. Showroom in Kidderminster was amazing. Very patient while waiting for our kitchen to be built, communicated throughout. Template and fitting went really well, and the fitters were very tidy. Really good experience, will definitely be using purple again.

Purple have been amazing

Purple have been amazing. I wasn’t sure about placing my order and paying the £250 deposit as I hadn’t had any other quotes, but Luke assured me that, if I found a better deal, they would match it or refund my deposit! It was a no brainer and, despite my husband’s best efforts, no other company came close to Purple’s offer! We are delighted with our worktops and would definitely recommend Purple.

Excellent service and quick turnaround

Purple was recommended by our kitchen company, Madina. They sent all measurements to Purple, from whom we received an excellent customer service from beginning till the end of the process.
Short lead time from template till fitting was a huge bonus. Fitters were very professional.
Price is competitive in comparison to other big companies.
Worktops and splashbacks are stunning, exelently cut and fitted with no flows! I highly recommend Purple.

Amazing customer service and friendly

Visited purple granite in Kidderminster and dealt with a very friendly and knowledgeable lady. She asked us what we were after and showed us the range suitable for our budget and we left feeling excited as we'd put an order in. Very easy and simple process. Template fitting and fitting of new worktops all within 2 weeks! Great value for money, great customer service. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Awful. I've lost all my money

I'm having a horrendous experience. I'm now having to pay to go through the courts to get a refund. I've had to pay a company to remove my worktop because it was dangerously broken around the oven and hob.
Purple granite brown threatening to charge be to continue to come out and repair it. They sold me a terrible product and I'm still trying to get my money back.

We will be recommending Purple Granite to everyone

We were recommended Purple granite by someone we know, who had used them theirselves. So after getting a few quotes from Wren kitchens, Gemini worktops and a couple of local suppliers, it was a no brainer to put a deposit down with Purple Granite, they beat all our quotes and included every request in design we wanted, Laura was super friendly and helpful in my consultation appointment at their kiddiminster factory showroom.
Having fallen in love with a style of quartz elsewhere that was out of our price range, Laura recommended a design that was unique to Purple Granite and it was very similar if not better!
We had to re-arrange templating and fitting due to our own delays with renovation but the communication from Purple Granite was straight forward and efficient.
The fitting team were very knowledgeable and super helpful with a slight issue we had during fitting, they resolved it on visit to such relief.
I have a high attention to detail 🫣 and their skills and finishes were to a high standard.
We are very happy with the service and worktops, and can’t wait to start using our beautiful kitchen!!! We will be recommending Purple Granite to everyone! 🤗

purple granite you will not be disappointed

On our first meeting with purple granite we were impressed, Patrick explained indetail and showed us various worktops. The price was £2500 lower than a quote we had just received from another company and to be honest the granite was much better, we agreed asap. The transition was smooth from telephone calls to template through to installation, all the staff were fantastic highly professional in their roles. We would highly recommend 👌

from start to finish Purple Granite…

from start to finish Purple Granite were exceptional , even though our worksurface was a little different , nothing was too much for them , very competitive pricing , accurate templating , and the fitters were polite, tidy , and a first class assembly , he even took about 15 minutes explaining best ways to care and clean . I would 100% recommend them to anyone .

Unfortunately I had to cancel a job…

Unfortunately I had to cancel a job with these guys. Just to clarify from their response on google reviews. I ordered a off cut for a BBQ for £1372. I increased the size and obviously there was an extra cost to the job so it was now £1700 all in.

I did tell Patrick I would needed it delivered because unfortunately I couldn't get a 3.4 meter piece of granite in my Toyota Yaris? The day Patrick told me it would be ready I rang him to arrange for someone to be there to lift it off. It hadn't been started and they needed payment up front. To have it dropped off (too much house which is 2.2 miles away) was an additional £150. At that point I cancelled the Job... This is a real shame because I was really looking forward to the work tops... I can't comment on the workmanship because we never got that far... Its always disappointing to see a fabricated response when they just need to deliver what they had agreed.

I am not in the habit of writing reviews but on this occasion I was really let down. It was clear by the response to my google review that they will defend their company even at the expense of the truth.

We’re really disappointed with this review as it is incredibly inaccurate.
The initial price for your offcuts was based on the measurements you provided us. However, when you brought the template in, the size had doubled. You expected us to complete the work at the original price, but the new measurements required more materials and labour. Additionally, the original quote was based on you collecting the stone. At the last minute, you requested delivery, hence the additional delivery fee.

I absolutely love my new worktops, the whole process was completely straightforward from estimate to fitting. Every member of the purple granite team I had any contact with was extremely polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Purple Granite 🌟

Amazing company to work with

I don’t very often write a review but felt I had to this time. I cannot praise Purple Granite enough, from the initial meeting to choose our worktop, to the fitting, they have kept us up to date with every stage of the way, I would HIGHLY recommend them, I know this is going to seem a bit weird to say, but how they come out template, then get all the holes, Sink, hob, hole for tap, hole for waste disposal in exactly the right place was amazing. ( I know it’s their job) but it all fit so perfectly

New Kitchen worktops by Purple

I have recently used purple granite for a new kitchen installation. I was first attracted to Purple because of the quick turnaround. They didn’t disappoint templating on a Monday fitting on the Friday. The pricing was cheaper than other companies I got quotes from. I was sent samples to confirm the product choice. I’d recommend Purple to anyone.

Great service ruined with poor aftercare!

Unfortunately had to change our initial review from 5 stars to 3. We had no issue with the templating and fitting experience which was excellent. Also the product itself is great. Unfortunately however trying to get them to come back out to resolve a very minor issue has been a nightmare. We’ve decided to just give up.
